Chris Lefkovitz founded LEFT Development to create tangible value through thoughtful real estate ventures. Before creating LEFT Development, he was a founding member of Grass Lake Capital EPV— an international real estate investment fund. The fund successfully raised and invested over $30 million in ground-up development projects across Ireland and the United Kingdom. While at the fund, Chris was responsible for analyzing, underwriting and evaluating all new investments.
Before becoming a real estate investor, Chris was a derivatives and structured products trader for INTL FCStone and Infinium Capital Management. Chris received his B.A. Summa Cum Laude in Finance from Tulane University. He wrote his thesis on the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and its impact on the 2008 global recession. He has successfully passed level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam and is a recipient of the CFA Partner Scholarship. Chris currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
